We deliver throughout the greater Los Angeles area using our own fleet, including neighborhoods, cities, and districts across the region such as the San Fernando Valley, Beverly Hills, Downtown LA, and surrounding communities.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be scheduled for next business day delivery. Orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for the following business day.
Delivery scheduling and time windows
We operate on our own delivery schedule based on daily routes. You are welcome to submit a preferred delivery day or time window when placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
However, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time. Actual arrival times may vary due to traffic conditions, route optimization, and overall order volume on any given day. We appreciate your flexibility and will do our best to keep your delivery on schedule.

Delivery minimum and free delivery
Local delivery is free for orders that meet our minimum combined order of 10 cases. This applies across all products in your order -- mix and match counts toward the minimum.
If your order does not meet the 10-case minimum, please contact our team to discuss available options before placing your order.
Out-of-area and out-of-state shipping
For deliveries outside our local Los Angeles fleet zone -- including longer-distance locations such as San Diego, or shipments to other states -- we use trusted third-party carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
This typically applies to sample orders or select case shipments being sent to other regions. Carrier-shipped orders are subject to the carrier's own estimated delivery timeframes, which are provided at checkout. These estimates are not guaranteed.
Once a carrier-shipped order has been handed off, tracking information will be provided so you can monitor your delivery directly.
Delivery issues
If you experience any issue with your delivery -- including a missing order, damaged items upon arrival, or an incorrect shipment -- please contact our support team within 48 hours of your scheduled delivery date. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
